Onyemaechi wins Greek Title with Olympiacos

Nigeria defender Bruno Onyemaechi has secured his first Greek Super League title with Olympiacos following a 1–0 victory over AEK Athens on Sunday.

The only goal of the match came from Moroccan international Ayoub El Kaabi, who found the back of the net ten minutes into the second half. With three games remaining, Olympiacos’ 66 points ensure the title is mathematically unachievable for any other team.

Onyemaechi, who joined Olympiacos in January from Portuguese side Boavista, has made six league appearances for the Greek giants, contributing solid defensive performances throughout the season.
