Tragedy strikes again as guest dies in Delta hotel

Tragedy has once again struck Delta State as a hotel guest identified simply as Kome was allegedly murdered in Warri, specifically on Arubayi Street.  

Thisday Nigeria reports that Kome checked into the hotel earlier in the week but was reportedly killed on Wednesday.

In a shocking development, hotel workers allegedly attempted to dispose of the body by tossing it over the fence.

However, vigilant neighbors noticed the suspicious activity and promptly raised the alarm, thwarting their efforts.

Local sources revealed that police officers were called to the scene and discovered several personal belongings of the deceased within the hotel premises.

The state Police spokesman, SP Bright Edafe was yet to speak on the sad development.

It would be recalled that a similar incident occured last week at a hotel in Ithe soko area of the state and the place was sealed up by the government and security agents.
