ValueJet named official airline of NFF, Super Eagles

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has officially signed a partnership with ValueJet, making the airline the official carrier for both the governing body and the Super Eagles.  

ValueJet announced this development in a statement on Saturday, celebrating the national team’s recent victory over Rwanda.

The airline expressed confidence in the future of the collaboration, with CEO and Accountable Manager, Captain Omololu Majekodunmi, describing the Super Eagles’ success as a promising sign for both the team and the new partnership.

Majekodunmi said “We are excited to see the Super Eagles triumph following the announcement of our partnership. This victory signifies the start of a new chapter, one filled with potential and success,”

He further stated that the collaboration between ValueJet and the Super Eagles is more than just a partnership, “it’s a commitment to excellence, both in the air and on the field.”

Majekodunmi further explained that the primary goal of the alliance is to ensure seamless travel solutions for the national team while providing unwavering support as they represent Nigeria on the global stage.

“With this first win under their belt, the synergy between ValueJet and the Super Eagles is already proving to be a winning formula.

“At ValueJet, we believe in elevating Nigerian excellence to greater heights—whether in the skies or on the field. Our partnership with the Super Eagles is a true testament to the power of collaboration, and we are proud to be a part of their journey,” Majekodunmi added.

He stated that the partnership also holds significant promise for the future of Nigerian football, with ValueJet committed to backing the national team every step of the way.

The airline, however, pledged to also continue to support sports development in the country from grassroots initiatives to high-profile matches.
