El-Rufai visits Former President Buhari in Kaduna

Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai visited former President Muhammadu Buhari at his Kaduna home on Friday.

This meeting comes just days after President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu, and Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, also visited the former president in Kaduna on Tuesday.

After handing over power to President Tinubu on May 29, 2023, Buhari initially returned to his hometown of Daura in Katsina State.

However, in February 2025, he permanently moved to Kaduna, where he now lives.
